Many Qigong practices involve intricate, precise movements of the limbs and torso,
coordinated with breath. Over time alignment and posture improve, deep diaphragmatic
breathing is achieved and the body becomes stronger and more flexible.
Qigong restores vitality while improving functioning in the digestive, respiratory
and cardiovascular systems.

Program includes 2 nights’ accommodation, vegetarian fare,
and Yoga and Qigong classes mornings and late afternoons.
